About the Authors
Aaron Benedict (aaron) – Aaron was born in Pittsburgh, PA and moved to Brooklyn, NY in 1983. Aaron has always had a love of food and cooking (for which he credits his mother).
Hope Anne Nathan (hopita) – Hope has a love of photography, travel, and food (not necessarily in that order). A vegetarian since 1987, Hope hopes to keep the site from being too “meaty.”
